Reset in Paradise — Total Immersion & Essential Reset

This retreat invites you to stop and move gently through all five layers of your being.
To realign, recharge, and remember your deepest joy beyond the heaviness and daily noise.

Are you carrying more than you realise?

Feeling weighed down, mentally drained, and caught in old patterns? Reset in Paradise at BeingSattvaa in Ubud, Bali, was built for exactly that. In fact, it was designed specifically for people who know that the most powerful thing they can do right now is simply stop. If you have tried quick fixes before only to feel the heaviness returning, this annual pause offers a deeper, more lasting way forward.

Why most resets don’t last?

Most retreats only touch the surface, letting stress quickly return. By intentionally addressing all five yogic layers of your being (body, energy, emotions, mind, and joy), the shifts you experience actually hold long after you return home.

What makes this experience different?

Stay in peaceful Balinese garden villas guided by three expert facilitators. Your daily flow includes sunrise yoga, breathwork, silence, meditation, karma cleansing, spa therapies, temple treks, and plant-based, sugar-free meals designed for deep restoration.

Two ways to join Choose the depth of immersion that best suits your life right now:

  • Total Immersion (7 days | 25 Nov – 1 Dec 2026): Move through all five layers with the full, comprehensive retreat programme.

  • Essential Reset (5 days | 25 – 29 Nov 2026): Cover the core practices for a focused, powerful reset in less time.

Program

Your week at BeingSattvaa is thoughtfully structured so that each day builds on the one before. Moreover, rather than filling every hour, the schedule gives you space to actually absorb what you are moving through. Therefore, by the final day, the practices feel less like a programme and more like a rhythm you already know. In addition, the day by day flow will be shared with you on arrival, so you can surrender fully without needing to plan anything. Furthermore, both the Total Immersion and the Essential Reset follow the same rhythm for the first five days, with the Total Immersion continuing into two additional days of integration and closing.

3-Day Women’s Weekend Retreat at Anahata
I’d never done breathwork before but it was honestly amazing. I felt a real release with my body wanting to move and let go of emotions I didn’t even realise I was holding. The yoga sessions were great, the food was incredible, and the location was absolutely stunning. Such a beautiful group of girls too.

NADA YOGA & MULTISTYLE TEACHER TRAINING OCTOBER
During my stay in Siem Reap I attended yoga classes here and met two great lecturers – wonderful Ghina (especially love her yin yoga) and amazing Shiva with incredible voice (you fall in love with his mantras singing immediately!) and excellent way of lecturing (love the combination of asanas and pranayama technigues). I also experienced very relaxing Sound Healing session – set of crystal bowls here is amazing. Studio is very nice and cosy, well equipped, staff super-nice!
