This is where you should go to destress from your travels! I have taken 2 yoga classes from Shiva so far. He is phenomenal. The class is in perfect English. The atmosphere is beautiful and calming. The studio is pristinely clean. Shiva knows how to ease you into a meditative state that will provide you with the most satisfying yoga experience you could hope for. Classes are $8 and worth every penny. Shiva chants throughout the class and helps students stay on track with deep breathing in sync with the movement. Thank you Aum yoga for providing this extraordinary yoga class! I can’t wait to come back for more!

During my stay in Siem Reap I attended yoga classes here and met two great lecturers – wonderful Ghina (especially love her yin yoga) and amazing Shiva with incredible voice (you fall in love with his mantras singing immediately!) and excellent way of lecturing (love the combination of asanas and pranayama technigues). I also experienced very relaxing Sound Healing session – set of crystal bowls here is amazing. Studio is very nice and cosy, well equipped, staff super-nice!
